Rhythm and Praxis exists to help individuals, churches, and organizations rediscover the sacred rhythm of life and faith. Founded by Rev. Zach Bechtold and Rev. Stephanie Moffitt, we offer coaching, facilitation, retreats, and resources rooted in reflection, embodiment, and action. We believe that when our values and practices align, transformation becomes possible. At the intersection of rest and movement, tradition and innovation, Rhythm and Praxis is where faith gets real.
